This fund works to create or participate in projects within the Barberton community that promote “Pride of Place.”

The purpose of the Fund is to support the needs of the Barberton community, and may include health and welfare, education, social services, or other organizations that improve the quality of life in Barberton and serve Barberton residents.
The Chicken Open is a golf tournament hosted by White House and DeVore’s Hopocan Gardens owner, Brian A. Canale. Proceeds benefit multiple charitable organizations benefiting Barberton.
This fund works to alleviate the economic hardship suffered by City of Barberton residents following a local disaster through the provision of disaster relief, humanitarian assistance and related services.

This fund supports the City of Barberton’s Police Department and Fire Department. Danny Sanchez started the fund because he wanted to give back to his community. The Safety Services Fund is primarily supported by his golf tournament held annually after Labor Day.
Most recently this fund has supported the purchase of a breaching tool kit and 14 phones and phone cases for the Barberton Police Department.
This fund assists the Coalition of Concerned Christians’ Soup Kitchen, or its successor, in the execution of their stated purpose. This group includes 12 Barberton area churches who work together to provide free hot meals to our neighbors in need.
